ROM Install :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

geez… I thought I was the only one with the calibration problem… there must be a previous ROM available somewhere… maybe it's just a problem with the update :/ If someone has the previous ROM or even the factory ROM, please submit it ASAP!! I'm having the same issue and I need my phone back!

The Problem is, the wrong Rom from Needrom.com flash the Touchscreen Chip. I have found no possibility to downgrade it. After replacement of the digitizer (including chip) everything goes back to normal with the original rom. I have the factory ROM flash and the touch not work-the touch firmware is bad. Dont flash this Rom !!!

Hi, has anyone actually had this rom working for their U9000, having been reading the comments, I am so dubious to flash mine as I can't accept it not working after the update, Mine has 2 sims, 1 personal, and 1business so need them both working, but at the same time would like to know if the new rom will be more compatible for Ford Sync in my van as at the mo, I can't use half the features like text messaging as the system says the phone is incompatible.
