This update is official Android 4.4 for ZP980+ they share Official Facebook page, you install with Flash Tools with "Firmware Upgrade" option please do not select Download Only because this is PMT Changed error causes.
!!! Just work with octacore MTK6592 don't install MTK6589/T !!!

HOW TO ROOT

(Previous step : download SP Flashtool and install it. I've got the V5.1343.1 version and it works fine)
1. Download the KitKat rom: https://www.needrom.com/wp-con.....diatek.kim_.zip
2. Unzip the file, you now have a "ZP980+ 20141018-172927" folder.
3. Download this Recovery: https://www.dropbox.com/s/p5c0.....covery.img?dl=0
4. Replace the downloaded Recovery.img in the folder (on step 2)
5. Turn off the phone, remove the battery, launch SP Flashtool, "Scatter-loading" button, and choose the "MT6592_Android_scatter.txt" file in the step 2 folder
6. IMPORTANT! If you are in a lower version than 4.4.2 Android version (previous version ZP980+ was 4.2.1, i think), choose "Firmware Upgrade". if you have already flashed this rom, choose "Download".
7. Click on the "Download" button.
8. When the phone is flashed, replace the battery and turn the phone On.
9. Download this SuperUser file : http://download.chainfire.eu/5.....retrieve_file=1
10. Put the SuperUser file on the phone's SD card. Now turn off the phone.
11. Start the phone in Recovery mode (plug the charger, press "Volume up" and "Power" buttons together)
12. "Install", and choose the SuperUser file. Install it. Then the Recovery ask you to fix Root permissions, choose yes.
13. Reboot the phone, and do an update of Superuser via your Playstore installed applications. SuperUser ask you to update the binary file, do it in normal mode.
14. You can test the Root with Mobileuncle.

The putting has in the daytime in 4.4 it arrives when has my opinion never thank you anyway zopo
So what's the verdict on this ROM? I've heard that Antutu Benchmark reduces from ~25,000 to about 20,000 by going to KitKat. Is that correct? I've also heard report of a few bugs. Can someone who have flashed the ROM please provide some responses?
Antutu 28500 and rom is fast. Need more time to test but for now only one problem and that is gps. Sometimes works and sometimes cant find location.
Fix forvthe Imei errors
1. Input:*#*#3646633#*#*
2. CDS information
3. Select: Radio information
4. Select: Phone 1 and type:AT+EGMR=1,7,”IMEI phone #1″
Note have space between AT and +
5. For phone #2 do the same with AT +EGMR=1,10,”IMEI_2”
Fix IMEI errors, i had to edit build.prop in system-directory (first root as described above) by using rootbrowser
searched line ro.build.type=user, changed it to ro.build.type=eng and reboot
without changing line always "not allowed in user build" when trying to send "AT+ EGMR .." command
GPS, compass, office mobile, quizduell working, installed 130 apps without problems …
Realy good rom, cant believe its from zopo
P.s. tried restoring IMEI-backup (made with mobileuncle tools !) with mobileuncle tools, both SIM-cards disapeared, had to flash once again ( tried this four times), maybe bug ? so i had to do it manual as described for example by elvispham
restoring worked with Marsapa 4.4 v2 !
