The CM 13.0 (marshmallow Android 6.0) is a rom in full development, with several features still missing and probably some things not working.
after several days of work here is the first release for our Nubia Z7 max.
support for dual sim is in an initial state: you can use two sim, making and receiving calls, use the data connection and SMS
for the moment you can not turn off a single sim (only airplane works), the selection of the preferred network is bugged and I have no way to test the LTE if it works

for enable the contact sync:
open settings->apps->menù button->show system->search google contact sync->permission and enable the contact permission

to manage the cover I used an app created for the HTC dotcase (thanks to the author), adapting it to our device
the cover is disabled by default and for the moment there is no option to enable/disable it. if you want to enable just flash the file (without any wipe) CM_EnableCover.zip (if you have it enabled and want to disable just flash the file CM_DisableCover.zip)

in this days the CM13 switching from busybox to toybox
some apps that use busybox (like some file manager) may not work properly
it is a momentary thing that should resolve within a few days (I hope)
I ported the NubiaCamera in CM13. bug: save photo/video only in the internal memory. just install the apk that can be found in the rom link.

first of all: backup all with twrp recovery 
download rom and gapps
wipe:
is not possible to upgrade from cm12.1, in this case do a full wipe: in recovery select wipe->advance wipe and enable dalvik cache, system, data, cache
upgrade from previous (cm13.0) version
wipe cache and dalvik cache
new installation
full wipe (better do also format system)
flash rom
flash gapps
reboot (The first boot takes a bit 'of time)
Root access and advanced reboot dialog can be enabled in developers options
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
I have given up the problem with the double-tap enter the already mentioned problems with the SD card,
in addition, the settings are permanently terminated! I go back to CM12.1 – V16 or V17, this ROM works without problems!
It still needs some corrections until it then runs flawlessly!

Yes, I have it gets full,
on the first attempt, I was unable to access my SD card!
I have another card with the ROM used otherwise I would might no longer be able to access my machine!
Everything is good again with CM12.1 V17, my SD card will reappear properly with SDCARD1 previously was
an impossible name awarded after formatting!
Waiting times for a few days until the problems all have been fixed!
Come back in a few months then ………
Ciao Paolo, grazie mille for this nice ROM. Started testing it today. Have 1 issue till now: My Contacts are not being synced. There is no position under Google Accounts named Contacts, so i cant sync manually. I'll try to clean cache. I did a fresh install. Runs very smoothly as for first alpha. Can i dirty flash the next builds, or always do a fresh install?
you can upgrade to alpha2 with only wipe cache and dalvik cache
for contacts I don't know why but to me (and others) they appeared after a couple of hours
(is a gapps issue)
try this: open settings->apps->menù button->show system->search google contact sync->permission and check if contact is enabled
you can also check the permission of google play service, google service framework, google account manager, google backup transport
if you have not already done also install gmail from google play
I have the same problem with contact sync. Without contact sync, Facebook seems won’t start too.
Stock music player also has some problem, it fc when I click on music list. It is okay if I select play from option menu from music list and from quick play.
I also found that CM13 name its internal SD card differently, so previous APPS may need to re- configure data path after restored.
My 64GB SD card still cannot be read from CM13.
The major issue now is when power off and power on the phone, both sim cards will be disabled and no way to turn them on again.
1) for contact I'm trying a different gapps, when I found a better version I will upload on mega
2) stock music app works well for me, never seen a fc (I have the mp3 on internal memory)
3) yes, in android 6 google has changed the way of managing the mass storage…your 64GB is formatted in fat32 ?
4) it's never happened to me, i can power off/on or restart without sim problem
I have the same problems with contacts and Facebook plus the lock screen pin dont work!

after using CM13 for a Day:
1. most Apps are installed and work well (Stock Camera App is not working, some CM Design themes not applicable)
2 GPS works well, Battery time is ok
3. SD Card behaviior is annoying, but i think is better with A2.
4. System Settings crashes some times and inside some Things are missing (for exable: Notification Switches adjust and ad switches not there or its me not seeing them?)
5. Dialer Keys Shortcuts not there

i have to correct my self :
if i copy Files from PC on the external Phone SD-card , the copied files are not accesible, they are not copied, but are probably in “Lost Files” Folder

Sim cards work after power on/off reboot.
Music player still fc if list music by Artists and select (artists name with Chinese characters).
Google contact sync after enable security.
Facebook still fc.
Fc few times in setup manual.
The rest of apps seem working fine so far.

for facebook fc I have read this on xda:
To fix Facebook / Messenger FC delete or rename the libsslx.so from /data/app/com.facebook.katana-1/lib/arm and from /data/app/com.facebook.orca-1/lib/arm (Root Needed) – It is crashing because of boringssl and crypto. This workaround needs to be done in every reboot. The app recreates the lib when device is rebooted.
