The CM 13.0 (marshmallow Android 6.0) is a rom in full development, with several features still missing and probably some things not working.
after several days of work here is the first release for our Nubia Z7 max.
support for dual sim is in an initial state: you can use two sim, making and receiving calls, use the data connection and SMS
for the moment you can not turn off a single sim (only airplane works), the selection of the preferred network is bugged and I have no way to test the LTE if it works

for enable the contact sync:
open settings->apps->menù button->show system->search google contact sync->permission and enable the contact permission

to manage the cover I used an app created for the HTC dotcase (thanks to the author), adapting it to our device
the cover is disabled by default and for the moment there is no option to enable/disable it. if you want to enable just flash the file (without any wipe) CM_EnableCover.zip (if you have it enabled and want to disable just flash the file CM_DisableCover.zip)

in this days the CM13 switching from busybox to toybox
some apps that use busybox (like some file manager) may not work properly
it is a momentary thing that should resolve within a few days (I hope)
I ported the NubiaCamera in CM13. bug: save photo/video only in the internal memory. just install the apk that can be found in the rom link.

first of all: backup all with twrp recovery

wipe:
is not possible to upgrade from cm12.1, in this case do a full wipe: in recovery select wipe->advance wipe and enable dalvik cache, system, data, cache
upgrade from previous (cm13.0) version
wipe cache and dalvik cache
new installation
full wipe (better do also format system)
flash rom
flash gapps
reboot (The first boot takes a bit 'of time)
Root access and advanced reboot dialog can be enabled in developers options

yesterday i worked, today i have only gsm.

after clean install of A3 now Sd-card is working without Problems.
Also App Romtoolbox, works with A3 , wich it did not with A2.
My Data Connection Sign used to be like: "H+" in CM12.1, now with CM13 i only have "H", don't know if Conection is slower now.
If i use navigation App and listen same tme music with PowerAmp App, sometimes music freezes (never had this with CM12 also not with cm13-A2!!)
Also i miss very the Dialer Keys Shortcuts (Tuch and hold Dialer 1 to 9 Keys to make a call ) and adjusting the Notification Shotcuts (Switches)

in alpha4 version I have added the compatibility with opengapps
my advice is to switch to opengapps (no more problem with contact sync or any other gapps permission), unfortunately to do that you have to do a full wipe (with format system)

I am using a 64GB SD card that reformatted by alpha2, I have no problem in reading SD card but 70% of my apps have problem in writing external SD card, including Titanium Backup, FV-5 Camera …, they just reported read only, disk full …

Just reloaded a4 and format a new 32GB SD with a4.
Read from SD is okay, use ES or buildin file manager to copy/delete files works okay.
But if I used Titanium Backup and Camera FV-5 that save files to ext SD, both failed.
I have just tried now with camera fv-5 (pro 2.9) and I have no problem to save the photo on external sd
check the permission of the app in settings->app->camera fv-5->permission
Ok, I checked the apps permission and all of its permissions were granted.
I uninstalled it and reinstalled it from Play store, this time FV-5 works.
The old copy was restored from Titanium Backup, and no matter what to do, it just not work with external SD, same as Titanium Backup.
I reinstalled Titanium Backup and assigned backup directory to internal SD, Titanium works fine now.

i have one problem/issue. I had this problem also with cm12.1. From time to time, but often in the morning, when i first time use the phone, I press the power button, the 3 red leds on bottom are on and the display is black. Then nothing happens for 5 to 10 seconds, then i can use the phone, but 20 seconds the response from the phone is terrible, then it works. I am alone with this problem?
I have similar issues, both found in cm12.1 and 13.
Most of my instant messager apps, like Whatsapp, Line, Wechat, QQ… have no response while screen is off for awhile.
I have few times saw the WiFi was turned off itself (turn off right after screen on) too.
In most cases, those instant messager apps can retrieve their messages within 30 sec after screen on, but there were few times I have to wait for almost 1-2 mins inside the apps in order to receive a test message that sent from another phone.
