First of all
if you want an stable upgrade, i would prefer my LOS-ROM. They are both stable and can be used as daily device. This offical ROM has some "malware" apps and installed by cubot automatically. Actually, i don't know how critical are these apps. Otherwise take a look on my other ROMS directly for our device:

How to install the ROM
You have to use SPFlash tool to flash your device.
The file in the attachment is zipped and valid for SP Flash Tool.
Backup your data somewhere else first (sd-card, computer, etc) and copy it back to your device later.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
downloaded this this morning and immediatly installed malware scanner to see whats up.
it didn't find anything, but then i had a mystery 'instant apps' thing install by itself, scanned again but still came back clean.
not sure if that a good or bad thing, but will install Super User and look further to see whats up!
