I've ported CM12.1 for our beloved THL 5000. There are some small bugs that shouldn't affect daily usage… So feel free to try it out

Installation
1. Download the ROM (1st Link)
2. Download Micro GApps package (2nd Link)
(optional) 2a. Download SuperSU package (3rd Link)
3. Put the zip files on your SDCard
4. Reboot in Recovery
5. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
6. Install CM12 zip file (cm-12.1-xxx-UNOFFICIAL-thl5000-vx.zip)
7. Install GApps zip file (open_gapps-arm-5.1-micro-xxx.zip)
(optional) 7a. Install SuperSU zip file (UPDATE-SuperSU-vx.zip)
8. Reboot system
9. Enjoy CyanogenMod 12

Dimid's version also includes GAPPS and is is much better… Try it!
Is there any difference other than gapps? It seems to have the same bugs as this version…
Nice news too, he is a very talented programmer and could fix all the bugs i think.
FIX for HomeButton:
delete this file /system/user/keylayout/mtk-tpd.kl
but only the 63 byte file

Fix for overheating:
Use a kernel tuner app and set max CPU clock lower then 2 GHz

I tested ROM of M. Dimid, hav the same problem (betwin others) with HomeButton.
I tested this ROM several hours, works better than the previous of Meecrob,
but there are still some bugs to fix.
ON-OFF SIM cards.
Apply correction I indicates highest "walter79"
At this level ROM is exploitable for the guys who love lollipop.

To download the patchs you have to be register on the 4PDA forum.
Camera seems very bad, I changed to another on GooglePlay.
Non LED indicator missed call and message, maybe someone know how active it.
Look to Settings/Display – there could be a switch…
Hi For All … Instal the Rom …. Very nice ….. But raises very temperature as a result restarting agian and again

Bugs:
No. Use USSDDualWidget.
1. USSD requests do not work with all operators. For example, work Kyivstar and Life
2. The microphone does not work with Skype and voice search.
3. No FM radio.
5. Volume adjusting during a call when the screen is off, once the network is lost and it can not be restored. Do not adjust the volume when the phone is near the ear and load proximity sensor!
These shortcomings are inherent in all SM 12 for MTK. Firmware develops bugs are eliminated. With the new version will spread the new ports.

thnks everything is ok ecept data conection and led not working, i like so much the rest is fast no overloking superuser is ok and camera is very good, home button perfect,this rom is so much better now i only hope fixed LED and data conexion , thnks 4 u work
