ROM Install :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select "scatter-Loading" and search MT6753_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Select "Download Only" or if upgrade "Firmware upgrade"
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery (if the battery is removable) and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
- Press “Download” button to start
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
E04 3G MT6753 is defective with fingerprint unlock.
After flashing by version: ECOO_E04_3GB+_20151026 the situation has not been changed.

Hello! I have Ecoo with MTK6753 processor. 1 question: does this rom remove iOS-type launcher? Will I have normal/stock android after flashing and installing these ROM? If not where can I find stock rom for MTK6753?
Does not work for ecoo 05 aurora plus MT6753. everytime scatter failure. damn need a rom. in this case, my mobilephne is for now brick.
Ok after 4 Hours. I find out wich Version of Rom these is. This is the mt 6753 Plus, it means the 1.8ghz device. My ist still too mt 6753 plus but with damn “lite” in the name. That means 1.3ghz. For all people, i have got the original System. If someone need the ROM. So ask me for. Thanks anyway

I have recieved a late model (right chip) E04. I wanted to update it to the latest firmware but even though I followed the instructions to the letter, nothing happens. I turn the device off remove battery, place it back, hit download and connect the phone by USB. Windows recognizes a device is attached but no progress indicator appears.
I can now answer my own question. Maybe this will help others. I could not get things to work. After downloading the flash tool and unpacking is, install the driver part manually. It wil fail. Ignore that. After closing, go to the directory C:\Program Files\MediaTek\SP Driver\drv
There you start the appropriate driver installation again manually (32 or 64 bit). Now a few items still fail, but two items end up with succes…. and things are working with the flash tool
The last versions are all infected with mallware. I installed Kingo root and used superuser to remove xlauncher after installing another launcher. No more malware
