Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6752_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
Hi I'm trying to upgrade my Ecoo 2GB with 11022015 firmware, but when put scatter file I have that:

I have upgrade the room but the finguerpoint doesn´t work… Why?

the finger scanner is really fast comparred with all other version.
I haven't noticed any difference, be honest I haven't noticed any difference at all comapre to the latest available firmware for 2GB ram ver.:(
sent the phone back for repairs after 30days usage … LOL …
got offered for partial refund of 28usd…
@megadisc…what store it was buyed from?…anyway that is not very customer orientated store. Please name the store here so people should not buy from it anymore!

it says android 5 but when i have installed…it is still android 4.4.4…wtf?
yes, this is actually a KitKit 4.4.4 build for the 3GB model, they should at least state for which model the software is …

Hi, Got notified of OTA update when attempting to apply got error message Your System was damaged, Wireless update disabled. To get around this I Force stopped & cleared Wireless Update App which allowed me to save OTA file locally but although update appears to work & reboots after update phone freezes displaying Android logo with exclamation mark. Have to reset, Not sure What's wrong? Tried both unrooted & rooted. Here's OTA file http://www.megafileupload.com/.....Yrh/update.zip

I flash Flyme OS on this device and when I wanted to flash back stock rom nothing happens.
After following the procedures and plu my phone, nothing happens.
Coolicool.com jsut told me that having an ANTUTU score of 20000 is acceptable for this phone .
reason given was that my phone is OLD
refer attached pic that they sent me from my OLD PHONE bought in feb during chinese new year.

why is it so hard to ask for coolicool to do that ?
I am sure it is hardware issue that caused it to become so slow ,
The phone is already factory reset when i return to you so why it is still so slow ? why does it hang ?
I sent back the phone for coolicool to investigate what's wrong with the phone ? and why it keeps restarting and stops just like the video link
and the only reason given by Grace from coolicool is that my phone is OLD .
What kind of explanation is that ? it is totally unreasonable or not a valid excuse for a 3month old phone.
I bought the phone from coolicool as it was reasonable and came with a warranty . now that the phone is OLD the warranty is invalid .
Kindly escalate this matter to your management

How come this phone scores 20340 points in Antutu??? mine scores over 40000 points…..something is definetely wrong with your phone….Ccoolicool is not a store if they are not replacing/repair your phone.Write on their facebook page so no one will order anything from them anymore.
