Install ROM :
Install with SP MDT:
1). Turn off the smartphone. Cable is not connected to the computer.
2). Remove the battery and insert it again
3). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The operating system detects a new device
4). Disconnect the cable from the computer.
5). Run SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject.exe
6). Choose File> Open File Agent download and specify the file MTK_AllInOneDA.bin (it is in the folder SP_MDT).
7). Click Scatter File and select the MT6753_Android_scatter.txt file (it's in the folder with the rom).
8). Click "Start all".
9). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The program should see and blink. If the phone is not detected, then unplug it from the computer,
remove and insert the battery (if the battery is removable) and reconnect it to the computer.
10). After (OK) click Stop and disable any phone.
11). Completed.

with the last ROM the fingerprint sensor works better

i did the update and most changes must be in performance, with antutu benchmark 6.0 i got 39030 with the update 12/21/2015, with the rom 11/04/2015 i got ~34000, if anyone have a older update reply your scores to confirm. As i said before the fingerprint sensor apparently workrs better (put the finger in diferent angles while capturing).
I don't know if it's a rom bug, but after i have do the update to the latest versione, i can't install app outside the Google play store. The installer says that there's not enough space, but there is 20+gb. Is there any fix? Anybody is having the same issue?
Solved, the problem was an xposed module. The rom is ok

hi how you manage to flash the rom me SPmultiport software does not detect the phone when I installed the USB driver. I try to connect disconnect the phone doing nothing .. Two weeks ago I asked the OP to explain the origin of all these "official" ROMs and he has been strangely silent on the subject. These ROMs do not appear on the Elephone web site. I performed a search on a sample of them and the only hits point back to this thread. Now it could be that SoCr@Te has some connection with Elephone and is being given these ROMs to release, but it doesn't seem very likely; although he has made numerous contributions to Needrom, those concerning Elephone are in the minority.
We should all be grateful to contributers like SoCr@Te who make this site what it is – my only criticism is that he is describing these ROMs as official releases, when clearly they are not. They have not been "officially released", manufacturers do not release new ROMs every few days.
My M2 came with:

and a few days ago, over the air (OTA) I received:
5097YF.M8HE1.Elephone.A1.151214.L1_MP3.FHD.G4B_W158_FDDB1B3B7B8B20.EN.MV3224.P9
so both these could be considered "official", but the latter doesn't appear in SoCr@Te's list. I apologise to SoCr@Te if there is a valid explanation for all these ROMs – all I am asking for is a little more info and, of course, the change logs.
The scatter file of Elephone M2 – Update 12/31/2015 is in an invalid format.
Can you please tell me how to get right scatter file?
