Install ROM :
1.Connect your phone to PC and let the driver install
2.Install QPST
3.Open QPST Configuration -> Add new port -> Select the com port of your device -> exit
4.Go to Start -> All Programs -> QPST eMMC Software Download open the tool -> Check program boot loaders -> Browse for the device com port
5.Click Load XML def and browse for c20fe-1.xml in folder ROM
6.Click Load Patch def and browse for patch0.xml in folder ROM
7.Check the search path 2 and browse for the folder ROM
11.Now click download, wait for the download to finish (it never finish but it also detects for a new driver, and that’s important)
and it will search for the new hardware found, install the driver
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Phone is not visible as COM port. How can I enable it?
hallo to help you guys on com port not visible in device manager, this is the step that i've went to and its working flawlessly, the step are :
1. prepare the pc and open device manager in control panel or in device mana item and install qualcomm driver an make sure its appropriate with your windows system wether that 32 bit or 64 bit system from this link http://forum.xda-developers.co.....38;d=1428980071
2, connect the usb cable to the pc (but let the micro usb to for the phone not connected yet)
3. prepare the phone and make sure its completely turned off
4. hold volume up button + power + the micro usb cable inserted at the same times and hold it that way until device manager / pc detect the port / new hardware and installed the proper driver and after port detected and installed it will show port in device manager
5. now you can contnue to flash those stock rom above with Qualcomm Flash Image Loader (QFIL) (google it)
