   Glad its worked for you,

   root it with the newest kingroot, you can download the app from kingroot.net and activate the internet while you root the phone, then integrate all included apps update using link2sd from, you'll finaly get some extra space (this is very important while this hisense type has no external micro sd support)

   I'll try that when I'm back and have some 'nerd-time' Actualy I have a important problem, I cannot register my sim-card, maybe I have to flash the recovery?

     which rom you've been already try? cause when i'm tried the ROM 4 i tought i got the same problem with you both of the phone sim card couldn't register to the operator network, so i'm using ROM 3 which has appropriate for my c20 region but the problem only the SIM 2 couldn't used or register network operator wheter that gsm or cdma …, to bad ..

   I've try QPST ways the result when load the XML file is …"Documet error element type "raw program" and name/value "true""…

   and "sahara fail" in QFIL mode…anybody can't help me for this issue…

   i bought this phone in mexico and Hisense Mexico told me it is discontinued because i sent them to guarantee and now they returned a C1 Model instead.

   The problem with C20 i had was the whole phone turned off like if the battery ran out of energy and it never turned on again, charging or whatever i did.

   i hope you guys dont have the same issue with this particular model C20.

   The C1 i have now is working fine, i just wish i could upgrade the android to 6 instead of 5.1.

     Hello Luis. I'm also from Mexico and l'm looking to improve my C20. But when reading your experience I have some doubts.

     The first is if you had problems returning it, for that of the root?And second, would you recommed to me spending time on these tasks particulary for this model phone?

   Kike_bohne: I dont recommend to spend any time or money at this particular money. The technical support at Hisense is terrible because they are out of stock for the Hisense C20 and they are exchanging them for the C1, so if you buy the C20 and it gets broken, you will not recieve another one but instead they will exchange it for the C1 (all this in Mexico, any mexican state is the same) so, DONT BUY the C20 but i think you could have a better experience with the C1 and BTW Hisense is announcing the C30
