2.Format SD Card (Optional).
3.Backup Your Data.
Installation:
1.Extract zip Content and place the dload Folder on the root directory of SD Card
2.Power off the Device
3.Insert the SD card and Power on the Device by pressing VOLUME UP AND VOLUME DOWN keys simultaneously.
4.Wait for Installation Process to Complete (Do not turn off the Device during the installation process).
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
do you know how to change S-ON to S-OFF?
If i want install stock recovery need copy 2 files:stock rom and stock recovery? And its installs together?

i download it. but update fail using the vol- and vol+ method. my bootlaoder is unlock and i have custom recovery installed cwm v6….

copy dload directory to external SD root. Boot Phone pressing power and both Vol+ and Vol-.
i have instaled CWMR 6.0.4.9 on my device and I have problems to install "official" rom's using knowing method (no matter what version). with custom rom's I have no problem at all.
Did I missed something?
Or is it not possible to downgrade rom
