22.07.2014:
1. Add phone call record in Phone.
2. Now 3G work on both SIM (select from menu).
3. Modem from 152 update.
4. Update Apex Launcher and other apps.
Only (CWM/TWRP) update. UPDATE.APP maybe later.
If you do not like Apex launcher – i made 143H-1 firmware with stok Huawei EmotionUI Launcher.

Finally!!! No need to install CWM/TWRP recovery to flash my ROM!!! Now you can install my ROM from stok recovery or system update from menu!!!
1. Download and unpack G700-U00-Frost-143 (UPDATE.APP).
2. Put dload folder to root folder of sdcard.
3. Go to Menu – About Phone – System update – Local update – Confirm.
It's all.
If you want TWRP recovery – just download TWRP 2.5.0.0 (UPDATE.APP) and install from stok recovery or system update from menu.

2. Copy the firmware zip to the root folder of the memory card.
3. Boot into CWM or TWRP recovery with MobileUncle Tools or Power + Vol. + at startup.
4. In Recovery
wipe data / factory reset
advanced – wipe dalvik cache
install zip from sdcard
choose zip from sdcard
install

I have problems regarding engineering mode (MTK). I did try every rom, (B131,B134), including the stock china unicom version and your modded version, but i can not get into engineering mode at all. I read the russian forum, i tried setting the default installation location to the SD card, rebooted numerous times, but still no engineering menu. Tried starting it from the dialer (*#*#3646633#*#*) and from mobile uncle tools, same story. It did not work on stock, untouched B131 and B134.
I am kind of lost here… today i will install stock B124 and check out if it's there.
I used framaroot. Maybe only eroot works ? When i got the phone (stock B124) i went straight for your B134 mod.
Update:
After flashing stock B124, i am able to enter the engineering menu, but only via the dialer. Mobile uncle tools still cannot get into that menu.
Change in Settings – Memory – Default memory – SD card and reboot 1-2 times.

I gave up on engineering mode, and just started to get my stuff installed. At some point, i tried it from the dialer, and it worked, using your B134 rom…. weird shit
Still, somehow from mobile uncle tools, its not working. But i'm fine if i can access it from the dialer.
This is a strange bug from Huawei. Engineering mode (MTK) starts work/not work itself. In stok ROM the same problem.
I have problem with MMS settings. Everythings is fine set by provider manual (Telenor Serbia), but I could not send / receive MMS.
Check MMS settings. I send and recive MMS. Kyivstar – first SIM, MTS – second SIM, Ukranian operators.
Go to the Settings – More..-Mobile network-Acсess Points (APN) – Your operator – pres menu and select recover defaul settings. Reboot phone. Add your MMS APN.
Chek the IP adress you entered in settings. Example:
192.168.010.010 – wrong!
192.168.10.10 – right!
MMS works now! One APN must have APN type default, supl, and the second one only mms. The rest is trivial.
How can I access (turn on USB storage) both SD card and internal memory, like on Samsung Galaxy S2?
I've read that's multilangual version, so it has Polish language built in?
Unfortunately there is no Polish.
