ROM Install :

USE CWM 6.0.2.8 By Apeelme or TWRP 2.4.1.0 (or newer) RECOVERY
1. make a Nandroid backup (optional-recommended)
2. wipe data/factory reset
3. format /system from mounts and storage menu
4. choose zip from sd card find android_v4.1.2_Rocky_RS_v2.3-HU_xx.zip and install
5. reboot device and enjoy! :D (first boot will take longer than usual)

      Hi Gabor,

      I have just reinstalled the ROM and still have this crashing problem.

      Any suggestions?

      PS. After the installation, I restored the apps using nandroid backup.

    backup your contacts and call log with Super Backup (included in my ROM)
    Go to Settings/Apps/ALL/Contacts – Force Stop and Clear Data
    Go to Settings/Apps/ALL/Contacts Storage – Force Stop and Clear Data
    Go to Settings/Apps/ALL/Phone – Force Stop and Clear Data

    Restart Phone
    Restore Contacts and Call Logs with Super Backup

    Hint:
    Contacts: Use only phone memory and set disable Google Contacts sync…

      Did that and still the same. Copied all contacts to phone memory and turned off syncing. I have noticed that it crashes only when opening contacts with photo! For contacts without works fine.

      Ps. My curiosity – What is the reason to not use the Google Contacts sync??

      Decompile /system/framework/framework-res.apk with ApkTool 1.5.2
      Edit \res\layout\keyguard_screen_tab_unlock_gemini.xml with Notepad++
      Find this value: android:vibrationDuration="40" and set to android:vibrationDuration="0"
      Recompile apk and copy to /system/framework folder
      Restart phone

      OR
      Use this:
      OPTIONAL_UPDATE-NoVibrationInScreenLock-FOR-V5ROM.zip
      MD5: 6406637d32483d1bdff1a983e1d78f16
      Install with CWM or TWRP Recovery
