Hello everyone!
This update v3 includes new improvements. Now as you can see two version of this update. First of Normal version. Based on 04.07.2014 ZOPO ZP998 Firmware. Second one is also known as 2700 based on 04.09.2014 firmware. Why I do like this? Because about the last firmware 04.09.2014 I heard some claims like this
"This update for fortcoming 2700 mah new battery. Because of ROM want to charge your battery 2700 mah. This may be damage device and battery."
This not confirmed and unconfirmed claim. But removed from first suppliers page zopomobileshop.com
Now I did not mind and using this great ROM without any bad issue. You can choose between them.

Installation instructions
- Select and download ROM file
- Move file to İnternal/Externel SD Card
- Install custom recovery (Recommended Philz Touch)
- Reboot to Recovery Mode (Volume UP + Power Button with Data cable connect PC or charger)
- Wipe Factory Reset / Wipe Cache / Advance> Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Install zip > choose zip from sdcard
- Follow steps in the Aroma Installer
- Warnings
- Don't update Kinguser
- GravityBox functions not tested
- Your IMEI number is "Unknown" or "Invalid" ?

Hello nice Rom but i cant get WLAN Location fix only GPS Fix.
Can anyone confrim this bug and may help my please? I need WLAN Location for some apps insinde a house.

Hello, good morning.
I have a Zopo Zp998 and the GPS does not work well.
I've managed to create gps.conf file which greatly improves GPS.
1-Copy the file attached to the post on microsd
2 With a ROOT EXPLORER, and of course you have to be root, copy the content, NO FILE the file on the microsd. Content is copied it by clicking the center of the screen, then give us the option to copy, in the top of the screen.
3 With Root Explorer let's system / etc:
- Previous: copy security original gps.conf.
- Edit the gps.conf.
- We delete its contents and press the screen and we will get the Paste option.
- In the new gps. conf, change line 2 "es" by your country. Example: Italy would be "it":

#NTP_SERVER=es.pool.ntp.org
New line: #NTP_SERVER=it.pool.ntp.org
Save the changes, restart … y.. OK!!!.

I have problem two times traied instaled both rom's and at end I see "failed" in details is fail in zip. What it means? What is wrong?
Hello and thanks for this great Rom. I have an issue though. The SIM in slot 2 doesn’t connect to the data connection. No 2g or 3g. Any ideas?
@solanos, try to check whether you lost your imei, if so, fix it with mobile uncle tools
IMEI was fine but for some reason it had chosen the wrong internet service settings a.k.a. "Access point name". It's all good now.
Has somebody a 64 Gb SD memory card ? Is it ok ? WHich card ? Is it a SDHC or SDXC ? I want to buy one but don't know what to buy ? I read that SDXC no works with ZP998
You buy SDHC Class 10 SD Card and 64GB is supported
