ROM Install :
CWM
Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while

the phone got stuck in "tool dl image fail!"
"uboot is blocking by dl info"
reflash by official rom didnt help

I could solve this "tool dl image fail!" by checking the "DA DL All With Check Sum" checkbox in SP Flash Tool.
friend, this is only one option, when you are in flash, there is a checkbox "Anything "DLA", i dont remeber the name correct", but if you fill this checkbox, you has not this issue.

I flashed this ROM and it works.
I set in French, It is a Multilingual ROM but there are still many parameters in Chinese and I do not understand.
The setting of the keyboard is entirely in Chinese.
I return to my original ROM stock.
I used a CWM in English generated by MTKdroidtools and I installed with Mobileuncle Tools

Yeah I had the same problem. Make sure USB debugging is enabled.
Its a drivers problems. Windows 7 doesn't detect drivers. Read this -

Basically it's driver problem. Just keep trying with official ROM. I suceeded
Then, download the recovery file only in needroom ROM

just to share from my experience. i downloaded the latest flashtools & did step by step but got this error:
TOOL DL image Fail!
uboot is blocking by dl info
after some trial & error (& some very panicky moments!) i realized u need to use this flashtool version: SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1304.0.119. CWM was flashed fine the 1st time.
