How to flash TWRP on your Cubot Note S
1. be sure you are on offical Cubot Note S V06
2. turn your device off and don't plug usb cable on your device
3. download my twrp zip-file and also the SPFlash Tools on your PC
4. Extract the twrp-zip file and also the SPFlash Tool in C:\TWRP\
5. Start the SPFlash Tool and choose for "Scatter-loading file" the txt-file in extracted twrp-folder
6. now press top on "download"
7. connect your USB Cable from Cubot Note S to your PC
8. the programm will start automatically and flash the TWRP on your recovery partition
9. when it's done (green tick), unplug the usb cable and start the device once with VOL+ and Power at the same time. Choose in the boot menu "recovery"
It's important to do this step at the first boot, otherwise the Cubot Recovery will rewrite the parition and you need to do the steps again.
If you are once in twrp successfully, it will remain on your device.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Download and install Magisk 15.1 via TWRP (Install.zip). Reboot if the install was successfully. You can then install Magisk Manager APK to manage Magisk. (should be rooted automatically after the installation). Nice to have is the "Magisk / root hide" in the Manager. you can select some apps, which have some issues with rooted phones. If you use the hide option the app will be start normal.
Hint: To install the APK you must enable to install APK from other sources in Android Settings

Im the next days not at home. So next status next week.
TWRP should work now with the correct device name! Is stable now and can be used for any ROMS / Patches

works on every Note S
1. flash the original rom with spflash tool again
2. and let it boot first time
3. then turn your device off and go for spflash tool and twrp
4. its important to boot into twrp with the first start (vol+ and power)
Hi, can the CM13 titanium v2.2 rom be flashed with this twrp version or du I have to use the older MM version?

I can't install this TWRP with SP_Flash_Tool -> Error
Try to install the zip via my old 3.0.2 TWRP -> Error
Only possibility ist to extract the zip and install the recovery.img via old 3.0.2 TWRP.
@NOSblower: CM13 titanium v2.2 you can install with this 3.2.1-1 TWRP
