Install:
1)Enter to Stock Recovery OR to TWRP Recovery v2.8.7.0.
2)Make full wipes.
3)Install Stock v3.60 update.zip.
*Before installing this rom you should have preinstalled v3.22 with nubia tool.
*If have preinstalled cm12 need to flash official 3.22 with nubia tool and after install this rom v3.60.

Install Drivers & Recovery:
1)Download (My Tool https://www.needrom.com/download/z7-max-all-in-one-tool-v1-1-0/ ) UnRAR and run it on your PC.
2)Press one to Install The USB Drivers
3)Turn On USB Debugging Mode To Your Phone.(How to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ze7y8rPzH9w )
4)Connect your mobile (mobile to be active) to the computer and select number.
5)DONE.
WARNING:This Tool Works Only For Android v5 Lollipop
Root:
1)Download SuperSU-v2.49.zip and put it to your internal storage.
2)Enter to TWRP recovery and install SuperSU-v2.49.zip.
3)DONE.
Install Google Apps:
1)Download Gapps For Android v5.1.1 Nano 1-10-2015.zip. and put it to your internal storage.
2)Enter to TWRP recovery and install Gapps For Android v5.1.1 Nano 1-10-2015.zip.
3)DONE.

Thank you for your work, i am used having very good Roms from you ; unfortunatly not this tie…
Comming from CM12.1 i wanted to try out offial 3.60: i was not able to even install rom..
So i restored official 3.55 , made factory reset, after that i was able to install ROM, SU, and GAPPs but after rebooting system
i was not able to initialize (Google Play Service stopped) pops …

The rom v3.60 is good and stable i have test it.
1)If have preinstalled cm12 need to flash official 3.55 with nubia tool and after install this rom v3.60.
2)The solution with Google play service is go to settins—>Other system settings—>Apps—>All and Search for Google play service tap on it and go to Manage space tap on it and select Delete all the Data press ok Done.
* v3.22 not v3.55.

Same as me, I can install this rom and Supersu 2.49, but I cannot install any versions of Gapps ( it always crash with Google Play stopped).
I try many version from opengapps.org, still cannot install gapps. So please help me abt gapps. Now I back to v3.22

doesnt work for me. Google Play stopps also after this (i also deleted the data from google play store )
Hi Tigreos, I have installed v3.22 before installing v3.60. The system shows the version installed is v3.55.
Fake. Shows 3.55. Had to reinstall gapps to fix play store. Sucks battery. Who knows what spyware is in there.
