- Download first the tools and drivers attached in this post

ROM Installation:
- Unpack the ROM
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt from the unpacked ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- Choose Option –> USB Model, click USB Model
–> Choose Option –> DA DownLoad All –>Speed –> High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery. (YES remove the battery)
- "Press F9 (hit Download button) " OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- Now connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear –> purple–> yellow.
- When done, Green circle pops up!!
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

android 4.4.2 S116_ROW updata to S215_ROW
this is 4.4.2 ROW..the occupied os in internal storage aprroximately 2.33gb…well, the remain is 5gb+-

I Downloaded the rom installed. it works fine. Improved camera clarity. overall performance is good and to check the battery life.
S215 doesn’t mean vibe 2.0 ?
This ROM got bugs. 3G not available, network speed slow and still no online themes/wallpapers. Lenovo Internet Browser removed and replaced with Google Chrome. To me, overall it looks like a custom ROM.
S650_VIBEUI_V1.5_1427_2_ST ROM seems better.
Anyone rooted this?
