Recovery in English , root OK !
Language support: Multilang
Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
Recovery CWM of dummer (Thx)
" I have made a working CWM recovery.Fully Tested working fine with stock firmware 20130320
if you flash only cwm you may lose sim(no service)as i did but then i flashed stock firmware with cwm replacing stock recovery and all good using sp flashtool
I then installed S7189 custom rom from SD card via CWM recovery and all good. "

The recovery is can't use for FWVGA screen. I have try it and is coming white screen fro the recovery. Please update it..

hI WELL I HAVE WORKED OUT THE PROBLEM.rOM NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED VIA CUSTOM RECOVERY,BOTH RECOVERYS FOR THE 2 ROMS ARE BAD..THEY ARE BAD ALSO ON CHINA SITE SO WE NEED TO MAKE NEW ONE BEFORE WE CAN INSTALL CUSTOM ROM..OR MAKE ROM SO WE CAN FLASH WITH FLASH TOOL.

Hi can anyone very cleaver make a rom from thiscustom rom we can flash using flash tools instead of recovery as there are no working custom recoverys for this device out there,would be fantastic.
