Recovery in English , root OK !
Language support: Multilang
Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
Recovery CWM of dummer (Thx)
" I have made a working CWM recovery.Fully Tested working fine with stock firmware 20130320
if you flash only cwm you may lose sim(no service)as i did but then i flashed stock firmware with cwm replacing stock recovery and all good using sp flashtool
I then installed S7189 custom rom from SD card via CWM recovery and all good. "

I have tried to flash my phone, but is the first time sp_flash tool do not make anything. The phone is well conected, but nothing happens.
Does anybody know what to do ?

Try to check if there is a problem with your drivers
I had always compatibility issues because of my windows version (sometimes doesnt recognize drivers if you run the programs under windows 8 or 8.1 )
About the developing of this rom….is it possible to ask the source of this rom? Is it made from a dev in needroms or you have a different source?

Mediatek don’t release sources otherwise I would have built lots of kernels.
