UNPACK RAR in A FOLDER
1- With flashtool load MT6753_Android_Scatter
2- Select download and connect smartphone to pc (smartphone must be powered off)… in few seconds will start the process and the new TWRP will be flashed.
P.P.S to enter in the recovery, power off the smartphone, push VOL + and Power at the same time, you will see three words with VOL + you move selection, with VOL – you must select Recovery
During first boot of twrp, allow modification of system files, according to this screen (if you leave read only, you loose TWRP at second boot):

im trying to update mine and got a error in SP Fflash Tool, it says "PMT changed for the ROM; it must be downloaded.
what i have to do to fix it?

Well, ive fixed it myself, selecting Firmware Upgrade and not Download Only.

In SP Flash Tools on Linux you just need to hold the volume up botton whilst pluggin in the off phone. In SP Tools you need the scatter file and the image you want to write. Before any actions you need to unlock the phone and that means OEM unlocking and a following reboot where all userdata is scrubbed. Don't try to OEM unlock then immediately try to put on new recovery image. The phone needs to go through process of oem unlocking.
