Important:

for those coming from version 4.5.7 or higher install as an upgrade,

Wipe cache

for those coming from the lower version 4.5.7 :

First Backup (using miui Backup or other software)

Second Factory reset.

Third install Zip

4th no install gapps(is included).

Restart

5th restore backup.

Oh, really I don’t know. Now I don’t use Miui, I’m using stock ROM and I have no problems with my stereo bt handsfree on any ROMs with Vowney. I’m just trying to help, but patch(or rom) is not mine. Excuse me…

Hello. I want install Miui 4.3.10. I should install ROM, and then two Bluetooth patches? Or only ROM?

  4.1.10 is a full rom and contains a patch for Bluetooth.
  
  While the other zip contains only (not a ROM) a second patch for the Bluetooth.
  
  not having no Bluetooth audio device, I can do tests.

By the way, in 4.1.3 version I have noticed some wheezes and noises in speaker, and in headphones too.

Now I tested Miui 4.1.10. All is OK, but one problem. When phone is waking up, opened at this moment app does not responding, until I open the status bar. And this bug I found even in Miui 3.12.27. Now I use 3.12.13,but want to use coloros.

And one more problem. You have added new boot animation in Miui 4.1.10. How I can restore it to default? Because new boot logo is unshapely.
