Important:

for those coming from version 4.5.7 or higher install as an upgrade,

Wipe cache

for those coming from the lower version 4.5.7 :

First Backup (using miui Backup or other software)

Second Factory reset.

Third install Zip

4th no install gapps(is included).

Restart

5th restore backup.

Sorr, but miui-V5_4.3.14 does not boot within ~10 minutes.

What I do wrong?
Wipe all (except sdcard)

Install ROM.

Reboot.

No boot only logo

Oh, I'm very sorry. Every time I step on the same rake…

MUST NOT WIPE. Why? Do not know.

The only working way for me is to install v3.12.14 and then with no wipes install fresh version.

And every wipe (full: data, dalvik, cache, system; or even fast: data, cache, .asec, dalvik) destroys bootability.

Maybe my version of TWRP is buggy? Could you please give recovery, that you use?

  TWRP's version is the one that you find in this section.
  
  all ROMS require to format the System.
  
  the Data cache etc etc you have to do the wipe.
  
  I, for example, I have problems with the IMEI.
  
  Whenever I format data lose my IMEI.
  
  try changing in TWRP from format to delete.
  
  settings-> "use rm-rf instead of formatting"
