Not much changes yet, except the updated MTK platform, because the one in the source was very outdated.
I'm trying to fix the TP/LCM problems – almost did, but still problematic.

Is there something wrong with auto-rotate?
The screen won't rotate. I am on a fresh install of Holodark-IV with the latest 0.05 kernel.
I have restarted the phone, but still the same issue.
You need to turn off the phone and disconnect the battery to make it work again.
It's cause of accelerometer sensor is not working!
Thanks TheLittleStar!! Disconnecting the battery and restarting did the trick.
I assume it's a problem with the kernel itself since the h/w is working fine.
@Daniel Sikorski, accelerometer sensor is NOT working with this ROM.

I'm using this kernel for more than a week with vMS-IV and there is no problem with auto rotation like it was with wasd's kernel. for me.
Thank you for information. I'll give it a try. I've dl'd some time ago a ROM Android_OE_4.2.1.zip and used it for a about a month. Can't remember where dl'd from but it's excellent and includes scandic languages. I presume it's from a Polish dev.
IR you're better than God. Everything(?) is now working with this kernel!
Accelerometer is now fixed.
