DESCRIPTION
This is an official update of Jiayu G4S/L to Androdi 4.4 KitKat.

You can install it with flash tools like all updates.
Bugs on G4SL (jiayu is working to solve it in the next update):
- SD Card not mounted
- No touch vibration
Install ROM (Thanks to SoCr@Te):
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
ENJOY!!

Yes, it is bug of this ROM, SD card not work.

Is there any way to fix SD card? Any script or other kitkat ROM? Maybe plans to fix it

It is a bug of this ROM, jiayu is planning to fix it in the next update.
Uuu I'm going back to 4.2.2 then. What a shame 4.4 seems to work quite well….thx
Rom is usable for me, SD is detected by some apps & not detected by some.
GPS is way more accurate than 4.2.2, it actually stays on the correct street instead of floating around…
AWFUL ROM – 3G APN SETTINGS DO NOT WORK!!!
hi, i got a problem and maybe someone of you can help me
i flashed my phone (g4s) with this rom. but since the sd card wont be recognised and like that many apps dont work, i wanted to switch back to 4.2.2.
My problem now is, that my phone wont stay connected to my pc for more than a few seconds, when i want to flash it (without battery) and like that its not possible for me to succed. furthermore i cant install recovery, bc i need the file on a sd card for that. Tried with USB stick and OTG cable already, but that wont work.
hi, i updated to 4.4.2 and 3G switch between sim 1 and 2 is not working properly, as i get "Error: Sim 2 not ready" when i try to switch 3G on second sim.
anybody with the same problem?
my bad, 3g switch work, but these app i was using to make the operation faster (mtk control and mtk dual sim shortcut) aren't able anymore to switch it after 4.4.2 upgrade
