Install via CWM or TWRP
1. wipe data/factory reset
2. wipe cache partition, mouns and storage
3. format/cache
4. format/data
5. format/system, go back, advanced
6. wipe dalvik cache, go back
7. install zip
8. reboot system now

Another Tip to flash this ROM succesfuly
1. Flash P780_S308_130814 ROM using SP FLASH TOOL
2. Install CTR Recovery ( For China ROM) using MOBILEUNCLE TOOL
3. Copy ALICE PROJECT ROM to your SD Card in a folder named 1 or any folder wher you can access it easily.
4. Rebot into recovery mode
5. Choose install zip from SD card, open the folder where you copied the ROM to and select.
6. Brush to install
7. Reboot to enjoy you device.
Weird. Did you checked yours is ROW or CN model?

ROM works fine, but notification LED does not work correctly for me. There is no green notification when SMS or call arrives (only sometimes). Light is enabled in settings. Do you have same problem? It works correctly with Light Flow only. For enabling volume unlock and quick settings tiles tuning I use GravityBox (but it works with Dalvik runtime only).
Is this rom contain EBR? If yes, when u install is on 8gn device try delete EBR first before flash it…
I assume this rom made of 4gb device…

ROM is great!! Really! But I have some args.
1. Like one person above, led notification doesn`t work.
2. And a "proximity sensor" work bad when I`m calling or somebody calls me. Screen is off for one second and back on. Did I miss something in settings?
3. What about app permission? Where can I find this app?
I will be greatfull for feedback.
In app Android Sensors Box everything seems good. Any ideas?
