Install via CWM or TWRP
1. wipe data/factory reset
2. wipe cache partition, mouns and storage
3. format/cache
4. format/data
5. format/system, go back, advanced
6. wipe dalvik cache, go back
7. install zip
8. reboot system now
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

1. Installation
> MUST BE INSTALLED USING THE LATEST TWRP RECOVERY. (I used TWRP 2.8.3, latest is 2.8.4)
> Install from the based of CN version.
> Wipe 1. Factory Setting. 2. Data. 3. System. 4. Cache. 5. Dalvic Cache.
> Install the ROM, then reboot.
> Done rebooting, let the ROM operate for a while. Then reboot again into recovery to install the GApps.
> DON'T WIPE ANYTHING. JUST PROCEED TO INSTALLING THE GAPPS.
> Done installing the GApps, you're good to go.
BUT, this ROM is still at the alpha phase. Still have massive bugs such as keep on restarting after a while.

How to flash on Lenovo p780 8GB row? Because I tried flashing then process said sucessfull…but then when turned on….its stuck at boot. What version is OK….8.1 or 9.0?? Pls help
I flashed Alice Project 8.1 ROM on my device after changing the base to chinese base. Then it worked…but the only problem for me is that the contacts are crashing. Developer please fix this problem. Its a nice ROM..but I would like tobuae it without any bugs or crashes. Tq. Revert to me once its ok.
