Install via CWM or TWRP
1. wipe data/factory reset
2. wipe cache partition, mouns and storage
3. format/cache
4. format/data
5. format/system, go back, advanced
6. wipe dalvik cache, go back
7. install zip
8. reboot system now
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
What about version 7.3? Anyone flashed it?
I have flashed the 7.3 update but seems like the file cannot be installed into the current version 7.2. I dont really know why.
I have updated to 7.3 straight on 7.2 without problem.Youtube picture freezing seems to be fixed.
Youtube problem fix doesnt fix,i have v.7.3 and still freez some times!!

Dude.. install Lightflow. This app solved the LED issues.
Use update 7.3 and… Voila… Problem solved.

I encounter the same problem too. I think its a bug regarding the network setting. Perhaps the Alice Team will fix this in their next update this Friday.

I know that I need ROOT but if I check in Root Chack App I have "rooted device"
I allways changed rom by FlashTool that was simple can sombody help?
TWRP problem maybe you might change TWRP version with a compicable version!but I dont know how!!!ha
The is a difference on how you will go to update.for example when flash alice version 7,then if you flash 7.1–>7.2–>7.3 you will have another bar.I flash again alice version 7,then i updated to 7.3 without flash 7.1 & 7.2…and the status bar is different.i want to say that 7.3 update doesn't contain the previous update(7.2,7.2). I uplaod a screenshot on flash alice v.7 with update 7.3(without flash 7.1 and 7.2)

my current ROM is the Nexus5 by Warezz37 – Android Version 4.4.3 with the TWRP-Recovery v2.6.3.0. How can I just update this ROM with this AliceProject ROM like sekman mentioned (in his 2nd comment). I just can´t find the option "update" anywhere… Does anyone know?
If no one knows – I´ll just flash it as always…
Are you all statisfied with this ROM or are there still any annoying bugs?
Does anyone know if the AliceProject is a collaboratin with the CyanogenMod-Team or is it CyanogenMod itself?

Wish change to Alice
I can not change recovery I tried by MobileUncle App but not chenging allways looks the same if I push PowerBut+Volume up then starts factory mod in Chaines Language If I push PowerBut+Vol up+Vol down then start recovery (3e) allways. I've tray many TWRP or CWM img, MobileUncle do not give any alerts or error.
Can sombody help?
