Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

I purchased a new cubot S308. Should reach maximum Mondays. As soon as it arrives, do the backup with Droid mtk tools and put it at the disposal of all.
I managed to resurrect the phone.
The original ROM I do not like it at all.
Much better than the S208.
Ok, now await something good …that work… even if I'm afraid to flash again …

ps. my cubot S308 does not flashia if there is no battery inserted …
@draxino : my phone is in the same case as yours , now its off (after a try to flash ) and cant turn on , in the pc its recognized as MTK usb port (com6) , with SP flash tool i get error 4023 about Dram ..
do you think with mtkDroidTool i can put it back to life , of course with your Backup that i 'm waiting it .

I have labored much to revive my Cubot.
Before starting I made the backup.
However, I used the ROM V004 on this site.
Phone with battery, pressed button firware upgrade, usb cable inserted in the phone.
At the onset of the red stripe I moved the battery into its housing.
Be careful not to have removed.
This must have triggered something like "test point".
Prior to this I have tried everything and read everything on the internet, and only with this trick the flash is unsuccessful.
