Gapps include – No Rooted
Language support: Multilang
Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

someone tried this already?
I just received the phone this week for my daughter and it came with 4.4.2 Tried a little with it before I gave it to her. Wasn't dissapointed. Scrolling and reaction are good but text input can be better. Precision of pressing letters are sometimes bad but it can be that it is due to my big fingers (I have the Doogee DG550 which is a litte bit bigger ;-P ) I have no comparing rom so I can't realy say if it is better or worse than the other roms around here.
Only thing is that I can't get the phone rooted. I've ordered it with root but they "forgot" to root it… So I have tried to root it with RootGenius and Vroot both with no result. If anyone has another program to try please let me know!

Can you do a backup of the KK Cubot X6 official rom with CWM and load it up somewhere?
Looks like this update has lots of bugs

I opened the contents of the rom and I compared the file with those of the official version 1.0, the scatter file is almost the same, just the kind of rom is set in a different way and are set in a different location and size of the memory. Looking at the other files, it looks like this rom the result of a backup, someone has got to do my own analysis?

I can recover lost imei by loading backup from CWM , but u have to do CWM backup, before you lost imei. I am recommending to do CWM backup , before doing anything with phone.
good idea. i got IMEI lost. NVram lost. so i do 3 steps. im Flashed back firmware 1.0 oficial.
I rood device by frama root barahir , install Mobile Uncle tool MTK and go to engineering menu. and use tutorial from Youtube.

all code for engineering mode not work for me. i can use only *#06# for check if IMEI back.
But i have still error code in wireles network. but phot is now usable with firmware 1.1 from cubot. I hope to help you get back your phone to GSM site
