ONLY CAM: OV8865 and TP: IMX214

Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
I don't think is someone intersting about our problems … after they sell the phone they are stop to support it … all the phones with 4cores change to android 5 or android 6 and this phone with 8cores stays at android 4.4.4 … and i believe they stops supporting our phone. That's why we must stop buying Cubot phones.
Dear people , DONT BUY CUBOT PHONES! The hardware is bad and the firmware roms you get here are not good at al . All suffering from touchscreen problems wifi dropouts etc… I have the X17 now and have the same touch problem with the x9. You should not buy this crap and SoCr@Te is not able to deliver good roms for cubot phones. Good luck!
I have been disappointed with the company because when I bought the mobile imagined that there would be consistent technical support sequence but this has not happened and probably will never happen. Good Luck !!

Hello where can I find the last V22 zip ? I want to install it via TWRP but here I just found a V22.rar that TWRP doesn't recognize

Flashed the most recent ROM from the list with Smart Phone Flash Tool – went smoothly and had no problems.No WiFi drops and the touchscreen is ok – my hands are pretty big and all phones are difficult to use accurately anyway. In my experience, Cubot has been the best of the 'Chinese Android' providers that I have tried – not perfect but also a lot cheaper than mainstream manufacturers.
If you really want a newer version of Android, check out the CyanogenMod port from cubotx.com – it's at Android version 6.0 right now. You'll lose air gestures and VPN ability, as well as Glove Mode and status lights (Can use LED Blinker app to fix this) and have a shorter battery life. I'm running this right now and really like it – but it requires some tweaking to get working well.
