Yes, you have to flash stock rom first and then boot vol down + pwr (as normal) to get to the factory menu. We didn't add factory menu in CM, sry. I don't understand why somebody want's to downgrade 4.2.2. from 4.4.

push messages works very fine even better than the official rom by lenovo
The default menu contains the sd update function. This would be a last resort in case of trouble. Can be very useful if you can !! for example, after a faulty installation. One more issue. I can install another 4.4 rom simply twrp? I need’t factory menu or something else? Thanks for the answer !!
Yes, you can install official lenovo 4.4 ROM, then you will be able install ROM with sdfuse method.

Yes, but i need factory menu or i cant install official rom… i thing… or not? costom rom -> custom recovery , official rom -> facrory menü :F
You can install official rom (in .zip format) from custom recovery TWRP, CWM etc.
