I've ported CM12.1 for our beloved THL 5000. There are some small bugs that shouldn't affect daily usage… So feel free to try it out

Installation
1. Download the ROM (1st Link)
2. Download Micro GApps package (2nd Link)
(optional) 2a. Download SuperSU package (3rd Link)
3. Put the zip files on your SDCard
4. Reboot in Recovery
5. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
6. Install CM12 zip file (cm-12.1-xxx-UNOFFICIAL-thl5000-vx.zip)
7. Install GApps zip file (open_gapps-arm-5.1-micro-xxx.zip)
(optional) 7a. Install SuperSU zip file (UPDATE-SuperSU-vx.zip)
8. Reboot system
9. Enjoy CyanogenMod 12

Some things I'd see as "ToDo":
- smoothly working Youtube / Video Streaming (some Users mentioned other Apps not working fully)
- improve camera app… maybe another app per default? CM12 cam app is very laggy
- gif rendering in Apps like 9gag is faulty (some have stripes or wrong colours)

- calibration of speaker-volume

It is the best and most recommended camera for our cellphone. In the settings put “sharpness” as low.

There are two versions THL 5000. Old version with normal screen and new version with overexposed screen. Current ROM was collect with the new boot (for overexposed screen). Set this patch for getting correct displaying colors. There is uboot 1.1.0 in the patch. For setting patch use TWRP.
NECESSARILY!!!!
1. make full backup in TWRP BEFORE setting patch.
2. if after setting patch you will see incorrect colors restore system
This patch was checking. I recommend Meecrob to put it the header of the theme.
@maze: I'll give the camera app a try. The colors however seem to be correct since I have an overexposed second generation screen. Gamma is also fine. Thing with the playing of gif images is that there appears to be a yellow stripe area like a cut from top to bottom through the moving image. Gif rendering issues are to be seen inside browsers (Opera / Stock) and the 9gag app while the image is "playing".
Should be a global rom issue and has nothing to do with display color calibration.
Found some more minor bugs…
- from time to time wifi disconnects while the phone is in stand by
- it forgot mobile data was already active after reboot
Bluetooth not retaining connection/paired devices after reboot.
Someone got gps working? For me it works only if i disable agps and delete all epo and location files from /data/misc
We need engeneer mode to fix GPS.. It's no present in this rom.. For the bluetooth after like 3 minute of pairing it finish automatically work.. Shoul it depend from config file in data – misc – bluedroid? Maybe modifing this file should work..
You can not change the default write to the SD card
Bluetooth BLE is supported in this rom? (can not pair with Bluetooth Low Energy devices)
If not, would you please add this feature?
Bugs bisher (sorry for german text):
- Videowiedergabe instabil oder unmöglich
- SIM-Verwaltung in der Systemsteuerung geht nicht
- Lautstärkeregelung beim Lautsprecher (Freisprechen) funktioniert nicht
- Kamera habe ich durch andere App ersetzen müssen (A Better Cam Unlocked)
Video Playback seems fine with MX Player App. No problems with that yet. As for stock player or in gallery I did not test it yet.
