Install ROM:
Install with SP MDT:
1). Turn off the smartphone. Cable is not connected to the computer.
2). Remove the battery and insert it again
3). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The operating system detects a new device
4). Disconnect the cable from the computer.
5). Run SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject.exe
6). Choose File> Open File Agent download and specify the file MTK_AllInOneDA.bin (it is in the folder SP_MDT).
7). Click Scatter File and select the MT6580_Android_scatter.txt file (it's in the folder with the rom).
8). Click "Start all".
9). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The program should see and blink. If the phone is not detected, then unplug it from the computer,
remove and insert the battery (if the battery is removable) and reconnect it to the computer.
10). After (OK) click Stop and disable any phone.
11). Completed.

Hi ! I've tested this ROM by flashing it with SP Flash Tool (release 5.1524) instead of SPMDT, and it worked like a charm. No need to regenerate missing "Checksum.ini" or other annoying stuff.
WARNING :
- If you've got an X5 with the new motherboard (type B or 2 or whatever you name it), you can flash this ROM as it, as I did…
- If you have the old motherboard, you should unchecked the "preloader" image before flashing as a wrong preloader will soft brick your phone.
NOTES :
- After flashing this ROM, I cannot boot into recovery anymore. Do you confirm this, or is this a specific pb for me ?
- For the moment, I couldn't find any working custom recovery (but that may be a sequel of the pb above)
- For the moment, I couldn't find any working root method for this ROM (the lack of custom recovery complicates things a lot)
So I would be glad if any of you confirms the recovery problem… Thanx a lot !
About rooting, did you try beta of SuperSU for Android 6.0 ? http://www.supersuroot.com/dow.....-BETA-v2.67.zip
And if is not possible to have working recovery, is working way by System actualization and choice "local updates", then .SuperSU.zip ?
I have the old motherboard and after installing Android 6.0, the nav buttons(menu, home, back) don’t work. Do you how can I fix this problem. Until I find a solution for this problem, I get back to Lollipop 5.1. ( I think this version g931bm-dg-a37-wg-hd-64g8g-60 is for the old motherboard. Am I right?)

@happyboy78: that was a very good idea to use standard system update and locally choosing SuperSU.zip !
So I've tried it. The process started well but at the end I got a dead droid image. Bummer… I have also tried to flash other recovery partitions with SP Flash Tool, but no success for the moment…
YESSSSSS !!! Finally I could repair my stock recovery by reflashing stock lollipop ROM and then reflashing marshmallow ROM without the recovery image (simply uncheck the box when using SP Flash Tools). So now, let's try a custom recovery and go to root. I'll come back in a moment…
Final word: after fighting with that ROM for a couple of days, I finally managed to install TWRP as a custom recovery and SuperSU as a root manager. I've created a custom ROM including these features, which should work both for devices with either old or new motherboards. The ROM is uploaded to NeedRom, I'm waiting for approval by the team. It should be available soon…

I managed to root the rom using phh's superuser flashing the zip from here:

flashed xposed v85 api 23 and it's working perfectly
Is gesture (double tap to wake, ..) are present?
There are 3 gesture-based items in the "Settings" menu: Gesture Motion, Smart Somatosensory and Gesture Unlock
- "Gesture Motion" works (e.g. double tap home key to lock screen, turn phone to slilent incoming call)
- "Smart Somatosensory" works (e.g. wave left or right above phone to scroll photos)
- "Gesture Unlock" does not work (e.g. doublie tap to wake, draw "C" to make a call)
For me, the last one is not very useful (I tested it on my previous DG310) as it drains the battery quite fast.

i think it doesn’t worth it to update if you have the 0617 or 0623 because the yt still has artifacts
