Install ROM:
Install with SP MDT:
1). Turn off the smartphone. Cable is not connected to the computer.
2). Remove the battery and insert it again
3). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The operating system detects a new device
4). Disconnect the cable from the computer.
5). Run SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject.exe
6). Choose File> Open File Agent download and specify the file MTK_AllInOneDA.bin (it is in the folder SP_MDT).
7). Click Scatter File and select the MT6580_Android_scatter.txt file (it's in the folder with the rom).
8). Click "Start all".
9). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The program should see and blink. If the phone is not detected, then unplug it from the computer,
remove and insert the battery (if the battery is removable) and reconnect it to the computer.
10). After (OK) click Stop and disable any phone.
11). Completed.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
for old or new motherboard, I have the V18 rom
soft buttons don't work
@bookoo: SunyaMacs said that soft keys are working on his device with old motherboard. Other guys with old motherboards also said that soft keys are working with other Marshmallow ROMs (tigergirl1701). Apparently soft keys do not work on yours, as well as other guys (albinolynx, korgoth). So I'm afraid that there are actually 2 different series of old board devices, maybe with a different touchscreen, which would explain that things sometimes work and sometimes not. This means that trying to fix the pb would even be more complicated as I thought initially…
If you can run the V19 Lollipop rom on the old board, then this rom is gonna work flawlessy as far as you unckeck the preloader option on SPFlash, i´ve tested it on 3 phones with no problems at all.
With anyone else the rear camera does not work? After installing the ROM it stopped.
how to root phone,please help .losing imei after flashing!?
for root search phh superuser and flash it using twrp. Chainfire supersu zip makes my device bootloop. For imei, use engineering tools, or restore your nvram partition from a previous twrp backup.
Installed and everything is working with this rom. Installed supersu in systemless mode and it's working perfectly.
You have to issue this command(without quotes) from the twrp terminal: "echo SYSTEMLESS=true>>/data/.supersu" and then flash the latest supersu zip
I have x5 with old board, flashed the rom using the preloader from lollipop v19.
Battery usange data isn't available.
Find Battery Patch on the site about x5, or flash it with twrp its working with this patch
I have many errors with SPMDT, I Flashed with Flash Tools, and this Rom works Smoothly and very good, I don’t have any problems with the Soft Buttons every thing works and is usable for daily use, I Flashed the update of the 07/06/16
