ROM Install :
Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
Press F9 (or hit Download button) and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
And green circles display
Finish !
You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

No Root and playstore in this ROM. My wi-fi and network signal is weak again, maybe it's hardware problem, does anyone have such a problem?

It's a genuine ROM from Lenovo.
My wifi signal seems weak too, but I don't remember how it was before upgrade.

I used "gapps-jb42-20130524-AOSP-dmd151.zip".
Seem working well but I have not all tested.

Y si esta en root puiedes installar desde Google Play Store -> "morelocale2" para cambiar en Español. El sistema continuará en Inglés, pero la mayoría de las aplicaciones pasaran en Español.

it's really very simple to fix the IMEI problem. You've just only to take the IMEI number written behind your battery, execute from DOS the program IMEI.exe (from xda u can download it) with the following syntax
In the field XXX you could without a problem put your IMEI number changing the last number adding +2, for example: IMEI =123456789012345 -> XXX = 123456789012347.
The new file will be written where you execute IMEI.exe: MPOB_001NEW. Copy the file in the phone and overwrite this one MP0B_001 it at this location /data/nvram/md/NVRAM/NVD_IMEI/ remembering to set permission to rw-rw—- (on the matrix 3 x 3 you should only select the first 2 field in the first and second row, third row and column must be unchecked).
Reboot and voila!
