Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

When i first tried to flash 2.0.1 I had an error message. I just replaced the scatter file with the one from 1.0.5 and it was done. Wifi is working perfectly, GPS not tested. My biggest problem is the gyroscope which is not working. It's not a hardware problem, I checked it with zdevice test and it works but it is not registering any values. So it must be software-rom related. Flashed the Zopo ZP980+ rom but the touch didn't work(gyro works in the Zopo). Tried to update K2S with the K2 S4UI but couldn't do it through ADB or SD card. Although ADB and Fastboot devices find the device(just a string of numbers and letters – not an actual name) when I use ADB or fastboot commands to update the rom the device is not recognized.
Can anyone else check if the gyro is or isn't working as well? And any ideas how i could flash the K2 S4UI? Is there a specific driver for the K2S besides the generic one from PDANet+?

Yes, i have the Phone in 2.0.1 now, all work fine. The Gyroscope too. I have not flash the Phone by my self, because i bought the Phone with the newest Firmeware.
Thanx for the help olilaf1. Which app did you use to check the gyro? I reflashed the V2.0.1 rom but still the gyro is not registering any values on my phone. I really have no idea what should i do to get it working……:(
Sorry, i give a wrong answer, i have test it now with many apps. The gyro for me not working too, it shows in apps, but not going. I thing is a bug in Firmware 2.0.1, not good.
I have now the phone back to factory settings, and now the gyro works with 2.0.1. Tested with "Z - Device Test".
Hi Olilaf1, I have tried z device test too and it is showing the gyroscope moving to the direction i move or tilt the phone, which means that the hardware is ok. But in my test it was not registering any values and that is the problem. In your test z device test was registering values?
