DESCRIPTION
Resurrection Remix v5.7.0 ported from dg550, the rom is based on cm13.
There are not striking bugs or issues, the rom looks stable in almost every case, if u are experiencing some problems, please, write here. Someone is experiencing problems in accessing internal storage.
Gapps should be included (all essential ones), flash with latest twrp after a factory reset (u can skip it only if u know what u are doing).
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
I'm on rootjoy, don't know how to access twrp. installed on pc but not on phone.. how do i add it on phone is the question.. is there a way whilst on recovery to add it? i can actually see the SD on recovery but nowhere else
@Gabry25, Hello i have test with the boot.img of the cm13 unofficial but the rom don't boot.
@Hadziano, with recovery do u mean twrp or stock one? If u didn't manage to install twrp yet and u cannot access sd card (so that u are not able to install it with your device), u can flash with rootjoy a rom that u know to be working and install with rashr flash tool it (download from playstore, u may need to ignore storage check, u will find that option in app's settings), otherwise u can flash it from pc with sp flashtool (follow the guide inside stock 3.01 page for zero on needrom but select only 'recovery' and, with double click on it, select the .img of twrp, instead of the stock recovery that u don't need).
Look in the description, if it's not clear how to flash a boot.img via twrp or how to move these files to the sdcard even if u cannot access it through system (but from recovery u do), ask here.
can't u just update this ROM, I don't wanna go back, and I've tried installing rashr says "failed to unpack files from app" Rootjoy just keeps installing this rom rather than a different one…
Can't see the guide.. I dont know what im doing but i added a umi zero 3.10 scatter n just downloading recovery and boot.img to it.. i downloaded flashtool.. can u direct me?
I cannot just update cause the last time I followed what works on my phone I uploaded this ROM, the one that is generating this problem, this time I will wait for your feedback to know what really works on all devices. I know that flashtool is not the easiest and safest way to proceed if don’t know what u are doing, but it is the cleanest way since on your device u cannot access storage, if u cannot definitely use rashr I will try to send u a specific guide for flash tool. Otherwise u will have to wait until a stable version will be published.
I will wait but even when trying to install previous ROM, rootjoy keeps installing this one.. you know why this happens?don't understand it…
I never used rootjoy, u may have to check in the options of the app wether it is installing the correct ROM or not, there must be a way to select the ROM that is being installed.
Hadziano, just delete the ResurrectionRemix v5.7.0 Zip of the folder from you are tring to flash. Choose another one and it will work.
