Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
This Rom is not very stable, even with the update of March. Somebody has a Rom to share who is more stable and faster? Anybody tested a Rom of an other one phone on that there?

I present a problem, provided I load a custom recovery installed and lasts a couple of days, desspues begins to freeze, reboot and install the recovery of fabric:-s

It works great in my star n3+, I have also installed gravity box, xposed, whatsapp plus, etc.everything works fine.
Now, trying to install cwm recovery
there will be no upgrade to 4.4?

first ROM worked perfectly for me when i selected scatter file which was included in it instead of choosing the one i had before. just don't select preloader because if you flash the wrong ROM your phone will be dead. this way, if you don't select the preloader for flashing, your phone can still be revived.

I've download flash tool v5 and couldn't get it to firmware upgrade for me so found and download v3, same problem.
In v3 I set path to MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin and path to MT6592_Android_scatter.txt. I highlight everything in box, from PRELOADER to USRDATA but because I haven't set paths nothing happens. I just get message box telling me 'item checked' but 'without path'.
What are paths to Auth file and Cert File, please? I've search my laptop for *.auth and have none.
Also when trying v5 I see an image showing me MT6592 but 'm not sure my phone is actually recognised when I connect using USB cable as when pressing 'Download' (with firmware upgrade selected) nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong? Apologies for any naivety on my part.
check the PC ports. when i put the cable in port 1 everything goes fine. when i try to put it in port 3, the PC tries to install the drivers again. by the way, i'm not sure this ROM is the original for this phone. I have flashed OPPO mod and then lost touch screen response, it only responds when i off/on the screen few times. Then i have flashed this 'original' ROM and the problem is still there. I still can't use touch screen properly. Need someone who can create a ROM from an original phone and upload it.

please try doing a backup with MTK droid tools and upload it if you have time. i'll download and check if it works on my phone. i'm a bit desperate, screen isn't really working as it should. it's non responsive most of time.
i think there's one on the site. i gotta get the original ROM because my touchscreen isn't working properly after I flashed modified ROMs.
