Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
It mest be 4.4.2 because kitkat only Google camera app works
And hidden kitkat is there, plus antutu quote 4.4. 2
In the kitkat update the TouchWiz launcher is missing, samsung calling app is also missing, and camera is 8/8 without Hdr, indtead of 13/5 with Hdr

Try it with firmware upgrade option with latest sp flashtool (5.1352). Latest 20140521 cool but it have bugs. 1st when i changed notification lights its still remain stock settings, not change colors. 2nd lucky patcher patch to android option not working. 3rd when incoming call, nothing displayed only receive and end circle. 4th when full format lost imei's(mtk bug) you cannot change in engineering mode, only with mtkdroidtools. Where can i download latest rom?

could you send me your phone backup? my touchscreen is unresponsive. i need a backup of NVRAM because my seems to be formatted.
by the way you need to use correct preloader to flash your phone. try some older N9800 preloaders. also if it gives you error when you try to flash, before connecting phone to pc be sure to hold VOL- button. it will be detected as MTK preloader once again

I think that the star should made a tool that works, instead of one that brick the phones.
looking on the internet, there are more bricked phone that healthy ones,
and more do not respond to e-mail.
do not use spflashtool, you should use odin or cwm.

Ok i have found that the rear camera is 8 mpix OV8825 with Largan 9555, and front is 2 mpix GC2235, found that in DevicesProperty app. Anyone have a solution to the No HDR problem, no helt in engineer mode
