In AGPS settings type the following:
Server: supl.google.com
Port: 7275
Use the "FasterGps" and "GpsFix" apk. When completed you will have localized fix quite a few satellites.

Ok, I fixed my m512 by doing this: as I saw the wifi and imei problem, I flashed back this rom (the one in the main post), but didn't solve anything, so as I had downloaded miui rom from XDA, flashed it, and wifi came back, but not the imei, the I went to recovery and did a factory reset, but still nothing. Then I went to the russian forum from where XDA post took the MIUI rom, and there I saw modem patch to fix modem not resolving IMEI and some other thing, I downloaded it, and put the phone in debug mode, flashed the .bat file, and after reboot I had solved ALL the problems, even the one with GPS!!

Hope I helped you guys. After a week of use and doing a battery calibration, I'm very happy with MIUI ROM, again 2 days battery life
Why not release a way to root WITHOUT this screwed up ROM? Seems too malicious to me, sorry.
I suggest people NOT TO FLASH THIS. Later on you ask in other forums how botnets work, and how hackers get in your systems…. idiots.

Works great. It's rooted. For GPS working select high accuracy or device only mode from location access menu[both works good]. After that GPS cold start connected for 10 sec with 12 sattelites. , For flawlessy working you may delete unwanted applications from system/app folder.Download file.And now, the phone flying
I dont know why so many people on 4pda forum say terrible things about this FW. After some corrections its great MULTILANGUAGE FW. Thanx

for the GPS, like the users said, put in high accuracy and dowload de gps fix apk.
Now i am searching for another ROM.
This one uses so much space. and i have a problem wifh WIFI connection. it only connect when i unlock the phone..
