Install ROM :

- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6752_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
   –> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone

- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !

- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

    Hi guys, JY-s3 advanced version detected an update ROM via FOTA today: S3S 20150324-194940. This is what translator says:

    1. After the upgrade edition software, "restore the phone to factory settings" function will no longer remove the phone storage space in the data (such as photos, music, etc.). If you need to clear, you can format the phone memory itself.

    2. Excerpts software upgrade adds support for the card after brushing function.     flashed this rom ROM 1 – JIAYU S3 – Advanced but when rebooted i have only 4gb in total of internal space.

    wiyh this rom ROM stock v. 04.02.2015 (yadi.sk) at this page http://www.androidiani.com/for.....-ufficiale.html all ok with google apps.

      tried the following: install rom1. in flashtool choose firmware upgrade and hold volume up AND down simultaneously when connecting the phone. download starts and rom is installed. phone starts again. it has chinese rom but I can start it again. Now I will attempt to install rom 3. but first i need to charge the battery *lol*

    Got the S3 adv. Tried to install ROM3 but after successful install phone won't start and charge anymore :/ Any suggestions? Much appreciated.

    It's better you choose DOWNLOAD ONLY instead of FIRMWARE… To prevent phone brick , uncheck the first line : PRELOADER…

      Thanks, will try that. So far I wasn't able to install rom3. flashtool does install (used firmware + preloader), but I can't start the phone and it won't connect to the pc. Fortunately, I can always fall back on rom1. And thanks to a user from another forum, I was also able to restore my imei ;) So thank you all for your input.
