Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

I bought a lenovo P780 from china, and I cant use the google play store, I followed every step that in your tutorial, but after clicking on upgrade "Firmware -> upgrade", the software is idle for more than 15 minutes without any action. Please help me out.

I install this rom yesterday. everything is fine except camera. Camera is not working. as you said I downloaded super camera.apk file and I tried to install. It asks for overwrite camera application. I said yes but at the end of install it says "application couldnt install" I couldnt install apk file. My camera still not working. what can I do?

i made the firmware upgrate and the phone is not starting anymore..any ideas?also when i plugging it to pc says that windows can not recognise the device and also it connects and disconect several times by it self.. I NEED HELP!!!
