How to install the ROM
You have to use my Unoffical TWRP 3.4.0-0 Recovery to flash your device later. The file in the attachment is zipped and valid for the TWRP Recovery (don't extract the rom zip!)
Please backup NVRAM and IMEI with TWRP BEFORE flash! If you lose your MAC / IMEI after flash, you can restore it in 2 seconds!
First time installing the ROM
Boot into TWRP -> delete Dalvik, Cache, System and Data -> Install the ROM ZIP -> Install GAPPS -> Restart your phone -> thats it!
Upgrade from earlier version
Boot into TWRP -> delete Dalvik, Cache, System -> Install the ROM ZIP -> Install GAPPS -> Restart your phone -> thats it!
Update to newer version with patch
Boot into TWRP -> Install Patch ZIP -> delete Dalvik, Cache -> Restart your phone -> thats it!

Is the ROM rooted?
No. You can install Magisk or SuperSu with TWRP
What about other languages?
You can choose your language as usual after first boot with the asisstent
Are the Google Play Service already installed in this ROM?
No. You have to install newest open pico gapps (ARM -> Android 6.0 -> Pico)
Is this rom for the old or new eMMC?
The current kernel allows to support both versions. it doesn't matter if new (DL2016) or old (Q823MB)
We'll get soon MIUI, IOS or Samsung TouchWiz as ROM?
No, No and No. All three ROMs exits but they are so buggy.
I dont will publish these ROMs. They are not ready as daily driver.
How to fix app store signature spoofing in MicroG settings?
You need to write this in adb shell or directly in device terminal :
pm grant com.android.vending android.permission.FAKE_PACKAGE_SIGNATURE

Does anyone has this problem with gallery and some apps forceclose?
tell us (or write me a pm) which apps are closing. i will try it on my device. my gallery is working fine
engineer mode will be integrated next version hopefully to increase the volume up to ~30-50% on loudspeakers. Also dalvik will be optimized for 2GB devices and could solve your problem with crashes
No crashes in V06.
No crashes … all works fine in V06
V06 works great. The only problem I still have is with com.android.cellbroadcasterreceiver. I have turned off all alerts, but it still pops-up with alerts (it tells me in what part of the city I am, based on the cell tower info). I get like 30 of those a day.
Try to set this:
"Go to the messages inbox – then on the phone panel near the home key click on the message key – it will show you three options ( setting , memory status and delet threads ) – click on setting- scroll down to notification and it will show you cell broadcasts- click on cell broadcast and unclick on all the notifications shown and voila it works"

depens on your sim card and the default service from android.
i will upload V07 later but "only" with dalvik changes for better ram management in Android.
The System will be faster in a few points (the current ram mangement is for 1GB devies).
I did that in the beginning. It did not help. But when I went to settings-applications-com.android.cellbroadcasterreceiver and turned off its SMS premissions, those pop-up alerts seemed to stop.

It's integrated, but I crashes on sound. Found no way to get it stable until now. At least open mtk engineer works .. need to check it. I think about it
Concerning the battery charge level indicator (in %) problem for our phone. It is the Android 6 issue (not a ROM bug). In all Android 6 ROMs I had this problem (does not show the correct %), but on the Android 7 it shows correctly. But still, in custom Android 6 ROMs, it is much better situation then with Cubot official ROM.
Yeasterday, my battery was at alleged 46%. I used an USB energy meter connected between the power adapter and the phone. It only had put in 1.500 mAh into the phone. Lets say that there where 10% losses in the charging circuitry, connectors, cable, it means that only 1.350 mAh had went into the battery to charge it from 46% to 100%. It should have been at least 2.000 mAh. Which means that the battery was at about 67% (not 46%).
But as I said, it is not something that can be fixed now.
engineer mode works at least but it crashes if you want to open "sound". so it's a bit useless. maybe i find another way to get it stable.
i'll try next build with tap2wake. it's not so easy to get this integrated. i'll try some tests but i can't promise that it will works.
modified now the device tree with a lot stuff for tap2wake..
Hello first of all neat ROM
but i have one big issue i install the ROM from sd card 8gb
and i have 16gb as internal storage
so after installing the ROM my internal storage is max 1.5gb and the other 14.5 like dissappeared
dont know how to fix this please help
