DESCRIPTION
First rom based on the new firmware KK leaked on the net, you have to use to install sp flash tool v5, you download the archive, how to jb because this is the only way to install the new TWRP recovery made for KK, but the next rom will install normally through recovery.
Before flashing the fw, missing cache and userdata, you'll have to do a full wipe in recovery, power off the device and flash it in download mode.
Attention, the firmware flash may cause the loss of the IMEI then create a backup before flashing with the mobile uncle to save to sd, the first time the new fw if you do not have phone line means that you have deleted the IMEI then open the mobile uncle (already included in the rom) and proceed to restore IMEI.

For those would got stuck on the boot screen : wipe cache, fix permissions…
But people do not rate the rom because you can not install it, because we are doing our utmost to give KK, unfortunately this has been leaked fw with these limitations, or just find others find a LK.bin for all displays will be made available.
For those who can install the rom, do the firmware KK is very good, the phone works much better than with JB.

It seems some people just can't install that rom, but it's not because of Marsapa mistakes in building the rom. The kk source of the rom just doesn't have the right drivers for every version of the V3.
As anyone knows, many components of these phones may be different from one serie to another. The problem is that only a part of the driver's display have been intergrated in the SOURCES. So, Marsapa is not responsible if some people is stuck on a black screen or whatever. Some display work perfectly and others just don't work at all.
Anyway, people running it say that this rom is very good and that it greatly improves battery drain problem. I totally agree with that, so I give 5 stars for the good job done by Marsapa. And, I just want to add "AS USUAL"

Before you decide to install this ROM and give bad rating because it doesn't work for you make sure:
- that you have compatible TFT screen (at the moment). If you have NT35512 drivers it won't work for you. If you have HX8394 drivers it will work for you. If you don't have compatible screen it is not marsapa's fault.
- that you did full wipe. I did full wipe before installing this ROM, but still got stuck at the boot screen. I rebooted into recovery, did a full wipe again, and everything was good. If you didn't do full wipe it is not marsapa's fault.
- be prepared that GPS might not work correctly. For some users GPS is working flawlessly, for some (like me) it is not working at all – it sees satellites, but it does not use them, even with the help of MT GPS app (downloads the latest EPO file), FasterGPS (gets the right gps.conf file for your region) and Mobileuncle Tools (AGPS fix where you go to Engineering Mode (MTK) -> Locaton -> YGPS -> Information, then click on "hot", "full" and "AGPS restart"). This problem is not marsapa's fault.
- if you are pissed off because you can't install apps to SD card – welcome to the world of KitKat! Google changed privileges for reading and writing to external cards, so there are some limitations. If you want to enable writing to SD card install SD KitKat Fixer. If the game or application that you use is not able to store data to SD card (for example Real Racing 3), install GL to SD (requires root) for moving data to SD card – you will probably have to start the game directly from GL to SD if you do not wish it to download all the data again to internal memory. Eventually game makers will start supporting extracting of game data to external card (Bard's Tale is the game in which you choose where you want the data to be extracted), but until now we have to use workarounds. This is also not marsapa's fault.
If you actually managed to install the ROM and it is working (with the exception of some things mentioned earlier), now is the time to rate the app based on your experience. Since the ROM is blazingly fast, looks nice and works nice, I can't imagine why would anyone give it a bad rating.
There is only one thing I don't like – some Chinese bar code scanner that worked until I first started Lenovo Camera, and now keeps closing with the error 'Unfortunately, Lenovo Camera and Gallery has stopped'. Camera and Gallery work without problem. I would remove that app from the next ROM.
Great job mate, I really like this ROM.
One more thing (well, actually two):
- backup your IMEI's using Mobileuncle Tools (to SD card), and backup your current ROM using MTK Droid Tools. If you don't backup any of this it is not marsapa's fault that you will not be able to use SIM cards on your phone, or that you won't be able to restore your data if something goes wrong. Thankfully, there are solutions for changing IMEI's, and you can always install 4.2.2 ROM if this doesn't work for you.

Everything works great and GPS fixing is tremendous (less than a sec)…
My only problem was the android update at the first reboot in italian language…
Everything was right after the update, I could choose my own language…
This ROM clearly deserves 5*
can i install it with CWM? i don't like TWRP and the flasher not works so fine..
