I found this ROM on a Russian forum (I am not the author): (http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=677076&st=960)
It works very well.
Does not work: fingerprint scanner, proximity sensor, the Home button does not wake up the phone.
The rest runs smoothly.
I would recommend, although it still requires refine.
Maybe someone can run the HOME button and fingerprint scanner?

Maybe someone could prepare some other patches?

Everything works fine. I do update without wipe.

I found another problem. YouTube only buffers for a few seconds and stops. I’ve updated to the latest version of the app.

Yeah I just needed to clear app data and it worked after that.
Anybody has found a trick to correct the image of the bue battery being filled when the phone is off and placed in charge. I see a distorted image. Nothing harmfull but just in case you knew
I found a way to increase the speaker volume. Download engineering mode from playstore. Scroll to the “Hardware Testing” tab and click on “Audio”. Then click on “Loudspeaker Mode”. The last line should say “Max Vol. 0~160″ and the value that’s set is 112. Change that value to 145 and click the “Set” button. Don’t use values over 145, the sound becomes distorted and it may also damage the speaker.
I just installed and is looking very very good. Fast,smooth and a lot lot lot of options!!!!
First time i am using miui and i'm impressed.
Untill now i have only corrupted image when my phone is off and charging.
I'll test the battery now. I'm charging to 100% and i'll calibrate my battery to see how long will be on.
Do you find the charging to be slower than the other roms?
I installed the rom as out in the instructions and even there, the only thing is that the data of the operator as I fix are activated?
I miss the button to wake up the screen with the home button. I could not make it work

Anyone else getting stucked after the first turn on, when the wizard is trying to login with a "One Mi Account. All Mi services."? The screen is grayed out while on the bottom there is an active "Checking Find device status…", but nothing happens. I have a wifi internet connection on for this purpose, but still nothing. Thanks!
Before instalation you must wipe data, system, cache, dalvik cache and then proceed to the instalation.

Well, I actually did all these steps, but no joy. Basically the OS is installed normally and I'm pretty sure if I would have been able to overcome that Sign In procedure, into the "One Mi Account", everything would be ok. The only commands that are available to me are those from the power physical button: shut down, restart, airplane mode and something else, that is useless for my problem anyway. My ulefone is the only one to face such issue? which could be the reason? :D
