Rom for Lenovo P780
base : VIBEUI_V1.5_1423_9_ST_P780_5B7B
Removed all chinese and Lenovo applications whitout camera and gallery
Added GAPPS, ROOT and some stock apps
This rom is multilanguage, contain about 70 languages
Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select the MT6589_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- choose DA DL All With Check Sum
- Turn off your phone, (push the red reset button)
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow, if no, then have to install the driver from Flash toolSP_Drivers_v1.5 folder
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

i miss this options
have problem, i cannot "set up my profile" picture in Contact. Always go back to Contact main screen
Pls tell me how to install recovery for this rom. i install via mobile uncle but when reboot it run into recovery 3e not custom recovery
Additional, root explorer can not open extenal sdcard, other file manager still work

use sp flash tool to install recovery
@alamoediab, pls suggest a recovery.zip file that flash via SP tool and working with this rom, my old phone was bricked when i use recovery of 4.0 rom for 4.1 rom, so now i am very carefully, thanks
make a folder and put the file recovery and scatter files in that folder and then flash with flash tool. if recovery does not appear, manually download and flash like you're flashing a rom.

I just flashed my phone with this ROM and I have to say it's really excelent piece of work.
I was even surprised to find Czech in the language menu;-)
I'm using it for a while, but firts impression is great.
