please make a factory wipe BEFORE you flash the rom. i have includet a script which improves ext4 filesystem performance. but if you wipe, TWRP overwrite the modification. however i have uploaded the mod for manual flashing (ext4-performance-mod.zip)
How to get the best battery performance (improves really a lot)
- open the settings app and search (right top corner) for "scanning" (in your language) and disable WiFi & Bluetooth scanning
please rate this ROM. some people give only 1 star for no reason. bad rating confuse especially n00bs, so they never try the rom
ROM Install
Step 1: Download my ROM and copy on a SD card
Step 2: Reboot and press Volume UP+DOWN buttons to enter the custom recovery
Step 3: Wipe
Step 4: Install the ROM

This is a great rom if you are aftering performance. Everything seemed fine and good. So, i'll just point out two different issues I got bothered with.
1. Pluging in the headphone the sound came mostly from right side. Quick work around is to slide the volume from settings. The qality of sound is way better than using dolby or maxx audio because there is no hissing sound unlike other 6.0 roms.
2. Sometimes the phone hangs plugging in the charging. Can be solved by going into the settings and change the USB from charging to media device and then back to charging again.

Has long been a fan of Mr-Needrom's work since Nexus V2, 2.5, and 3.
This Rom is somewhere on-par with V3 in terms of quality, but shys away from the competition like Paranoid Android or Resurrection Remix. The ROM gets extremely slow, probably due to the inherent memory management problem found in most ROMs.
Therefore I can't really make this ROM my daily driver. Having to clear my apps constantly to ensure things don't drag is not a good practice. I think the ROm should get a 3 / 6 rating. Nice try, but no dice.

it sucks,after booting up,i just get stuck in settings,could not move back into launcher,and the recents didnt work,either

The Rom hangs a lot. Having serious Touch problems.Nexus v2 is my daily driver.But this Rom not. Appreciate the effort. Looking forward to Nougat
Got a wierd problem today.. I have been using this ROM since the last one month and there have not been many issues with it except low ram issue and faster battery drain after it reaches 30%.
Last night I tried another ROM and was not satisfied with it. So I rolled back to this ROM again. Today when I woke up I checked my phone and it showed 20% of battery. So I connected the phone to the wall charger. But it does not charge. Or atleastit does not indicate any charging in the status bar or the notifiaction LED. Both of these worked fine earlier. I restarted the phone, but no use. So I tried to charge it while it is switched off and it works. So its not a problem with phone hardware.
Can anyone help me with this and explain to me why this happens??
Im using V1, do i need to do full wipe?

Great rom super stable, DTW and LED are working perfectly with RENICE kernel
. My only problem is that substratum/layers themes aren't fully working because the power menu is not compatible, but it's not a big deal
