Not exactly sure what you mean…I use the Xperia ROM and upgraded from the HTC ROM from early May. Are you saying flash this ROM, then flash Xperia on top. I don't understand your second sentence…When the base first brush this ROM…I don't know what base and brush means. Can you explain?

hi. can someone comment if this rom updates the bug on CM 10.1 which causes distance calculation errors in OSMand and other navigation apps. Thanks.
@purong265 have you got any ROM for this phone that gets corect distance and speed calculation on Endomondo, Runtastic and stuff like that?
I'm glad I stopped by here today to check for new posts. As I read purong265's post I thought "Wow, I'm not the only one". I have been using the Xperia ROM for several weeks with no noticeable hiccups. 3g works well, wifi no problems, call sound great. But, if i navigate with built in GooNav all is well…but if i navigate with skobbler app with Germany downloaded to device (offline map) I am already around 30-40 meters past an intersection when my blue arrow cursor reaches the intersection. I wrote to skobbler and they said the problem lies in my device…now maybe I know why.

Need help Pls. When I try to flash the latest update rom using yulypis cwm, it gives me installation aborted message even after a cache and dalvik wipe. Butterfly effect installs but it crashed on my s5 so I flashed back original backup rom. Thanks.
I don’t think you can flash the latest update stock rom through CWM. You have to use the flashtools instead. There is a good tutorial on Chinaphonearena site on how to use flashtools.
Hi everyone. This is my first MTK device, before i had a Galaxy Nexus i9250 and i used to flash ROM's with CWM. My software version is the official Star S5 : 20130314-144929. Can anybody post a step by step for how to install this. I already read some other posts but they all explains different modes of how to flash. Can i install it directly over my actual ROM? Thank you for the development!
